Prices
Prices displayed on the website are in euros and include all applicable taxes. Maison Mendi reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to the customer is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Orders
An order is considered final once payment has been confirmed. Maison Mendi reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer or if the information provided is incomplete.

Payment
Payment for purchases is due at the time the order is placed, using the payment methods available on the website. Full payment is required for the order to be processed.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms are detailed in the Shipping Policy available on the website. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery times rests solely with the carrier.

No returns or refunds
As stated in the Returns and Refund Policy, Maison Mendi products are neither returned nor exchanged nor refunded. All sales are considered final.

Legal warranties
Customers benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects as provided for under the French Consumer Code and Civil Code. In the event of a proven defect covered by these warranties, the customer must contact Maison Mendi at contact@maisonmendi.com, providing a detailed description and photographs of the product concerned.

Liability
Maison Mendi cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product. Maison Mendi shall not be held responsible for website interruptions, technical issues, or incompatibilities encountered while using the site.

Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing such an agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
