How should you clean your Maison Mendi slippers?
Maison Mendi slippers are made from split cowhide leather and lined with natural sheepskin wool. To preserve their quality and durability, we recommend following these care guidelines:
• Do not machine wash
Leather and natural wool do not tolerate machine washing or immersion in water.
• Leather care
Use a slightly damp cloth or a soft brush to remove dust. In case of a stain, gently dab with a clean cloth and a little lukewarm water, without rubbing.
• Care of the inner wool
Air your slippers regularly to maintain the softness and hygiene of the wool. If needed, gently brush the inside with a soft brush.
• Avoid direct heat
Do not place the slippers near a radiator, fireplace, or in direct sunlight to dry. Allow them to air dry naturally.
When will I receive my order?
The total delivery time is generally around one week. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your parcel’s progress.
Which size should I choose for my Maison Mendi slippers?
Each pair is hand-stitched, with an artisanal finish that may slightly affect the fit. The slippers generally fit true to size, but depending on foot shape, they can sometimes feel slightly snug. We therefore recommend choosing half a size up.
For example, if you usually wear a size 43.5, we advise opting for a size 44.
